Catering Module 3: Fast food. 

Summary This module will help learners to develop some of the skills that will underpin their work in a fast food setting, e.g. customer service, teamwork, preparing food to company specifications, money. One of four modules support the teaching of Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in Catering. The 4 modules do not supply a complete programme of learning. Instead, aspects of the training that place a particular demand on literacy, language and numeracy skills have been prioritised.
