Summary
In this module, learners have the opportunity to practise the measuring and reading skills needed for understanding a product label and diluting cleaning products, as well as reading and writing short messages and checking deliveries. One of three modules support the teaching of Catering. The 3 modules do not supply a complete programme of learning. Instead, aspects of the training that place a particular demand on literacy, language and numeracy skills have been prioritised.
